I had an acquaintance who swears he was so stressed out that he didn’t sleep for a couple years. I didn’t believe him then and still don’t now. I figured he probably catnapped without even knowing it.
I’ve had times where I wake up in the morning and then decide to get up and it’s an hour later, and I had no idea I had even fallen back to sleep.
