A new study found that diversity, equity, and inclusion materials have a wide range of negative consequences, including psychological harm, increased hostility, and greater agreement with extreme authoritarian rhetoric, such as adapted Adolf Hitler quotes.

Both the New York Times and Bloomberg were preparing stories on the findings, but axed them just before publication citing editorial decisions.

A massive new study was released this month on the effect that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training programs had on individual perceptions and behavior. And in a completely unsurprising turn of events, the results were almost entirely negative.

I was subjected to one of the first DEI classes in corporate America in the early 80s. The objective was to make white guys the bad guys blocking minority advancement. A black guy in class said to me that it sounds like reverse discrimination. His smile gave away the game. I figure I lost 500k in pay by being passed over by less competent women and minorities during my career.
