How the Pentagon Betrayed President Trump on January 6
Substack ^ | 9/25.2024 | Jack Cashill

Thanks to the underreported efforts of the House Administration's Subcommittee on Oversight and its chairman Barry Loudermilk, we are beginning to see just how crudely false was Pelosi’s interpretation of that day’s events.

To be clear, there was no “insurrection.” Even the media have moved beyond this silliness. Whatever did occur, Trump did not instigate. The Capitol Police started lobbing munitions into a rowdy but peaceful crowd ten minutes before Trump finished speaking on the Ellipse, a 45-minute walk away. None of these protestors heard his speech.

Contrary to Pelosi’s claims, Trump repeatedly asked for the assistance of the National Guard. In March 2024, Loudermilk released a transcribed interview conducted with Trump's former White House deputy chief of staff Anthony Ornato, which confirmed the separate testimony of Trump chief-of-staff Mark Meadows.

“Mr. Ornato's testimony proves what Meadows has said all along,” attested Loudermilk. “President Trump did in fact offer 10,000 National Guard troops to secure the U.S. Capitol, which was turned down.” Added Loudermilk, “The former J6 Select Committee apparently withheld Mr. Ornato’s critical witness testimony from the American people because it contradicted their pre-determined narrative.”

It is .

And that is the reason Milley is so terrified of Trump becoming President.

Not only can Trump bring him back and Court Martial him for treason and a lot of other things, he has the evidence to convict the guy and put him in Leavenworth for the rest of his life.

And Trump badly needs to do prosecute Milley. Milley abused his position so badly at such a critical time in history that he needs to made an example of for all military officers to see.

Milley conduct makes him about as close to a Benedict Arnold as we are going to see in modern times.

My question is how did this immoral mendacious reprobate ever advance to the position? Are there no checks and balances in the command structure of the US Military?

I believe that you ascribe to the officers in the U.S. military a level of honor and virtue not in evidence.

Awareness - The need to know the truth about January 6th activities, and the House January 6th committee propaganda and the obvious 'Show trial'
Despite the bias demonstrated by the Pelosi sub-committee, the truth will prevail when ALL the witnesses are heard

And just which party was it that barricaded itself inside the White House and Capitol, using fencing and the NG to keep we the people away?

It’s why quite a few are. Treason is punishable by death, use to be hanging. Still should be. Treason Clause, Article III
Section 3
https://constitutioncenter.org/the-constitution/articles/article-iii/clauses/39

Last time used 1953.

Last time used 1953. AI brings up Julius and Ethel Rosenberg: In 1953, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were convicted and executed for treason in the electric chair. The couple were accused of passing nuclear secrets to the Soviet Union during World War II. Their execution was controversial, even during the height of the Cold War

The reason a very narrow definition of treason is written into the constitution is because the Founders were well aware of the power of the government to make the accusation against its opponents.

Milley did not make war against the several States, and he did not adhere to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

Now, if you make adhering to BLM and Antifa, giving them aid and comfort treason, so much so that you are willing to hang someone over it, then you can be sure that there will come a day, maybe sooner than you think, when a history of posting on FR can send you to the gallows.

I would prefer not to go there.

Milley was undoubtedly guilty of insubordination and undermining of duly-constituted authority, which should be good enough to take his commission and his pension, but that’s about it.

The RATs are already threatening what you are saying. Already they are jailing people without trial and imposing unreasonable fines and planning concentration camps.

There is more than enough evidence to successfully court martial Gen Milley.

He has actually bragged about his action - in writing

His actions probably do not rise to the level of civil treason but he will prosecuted under UCMJ which is a higher standard and his jury will be military officers who are his peers and a lot of the evidence will be classified.

For example, if the circumstances of Covid 19 pandemic are attributable to a bio warfare agent released by the CCP a strong case could be made that it is an act of war against the United States.

Under that context, Milley's admitted and self documented actions vis a vie China to undermine Trump could very well rise to the level of treason. Certainly enough to charge the jerk - maybe even enough to convict.

The dude desperately needs a court martial on a lot of other issues so a plausible treason plus up is not out of the question and might even be a good thing. .

He may well have committed treason with his conduct with the Taliban during the fall of Afghanistan.
