I have been around attorney’s my entire life, and for a woman who claims to be a great prosecutor, it is blindingly obvious, that Ms Harris not spent much time in an actual courtroom. I don’t know how many cases she actually was a courtroom attorney in.. Meaning the prosecution actually went to trial and she was the prosecuting atty in the courtroom every day of the trial making the case to a judge and/or jury for the state against a defendant in that case, but I can guarantee you, without needing to look it up, it was less than 100, probably far far less than 100, and I while I don’t know her success rate, I’m willing to wager, it wasn’t all that high either.
How do I know this? Well, just by watching her campaign. Her campaign has been a fustercluck, from top to bottom. We are now just 11 days from election day, the time when. You need to seal the deal and make your closing arguments, and Harris’ campaign is still flailing all over the map.
9 out of 10 cases never go to trial. They take a plea.
Judge Joe Brown said he worked with her, and that she never did any of the real work. She hiked up her skirt and got others to do it for her. He didn’t mince words. He said she’s a ho.
“I have been around attorney’s my entire life”
Stopped reading right there.
She probably spent more time in Willie Brown’s bedroom than in any courtroom.
Obviously.
“BARRISTER
“In English law. An advocate; one who has been called to the bar. A counsellor learned in the law who pleads at the bar of the courts, and who is engaged in conducting the trial or argument of causes. To be distinguished from the attorney, who draws the pleadings, prepares the testimony, and conducts matters out of court.”

In the US, we normally use the term ‘trial lawyer’ instead of ‘barrister’.
Kamala is not courtroom material IMO. However, she probably is a tough bargainer.
Can you see her actually presenting a case in public? OMG!!
Not courtroom experience...or any other kind
did she say something like “what a cute little typewriter”?
BTTT
Thanks for that - I think the term ‘barrister’ would be a good addition to the American vernacular. Greater distinction of roles.
Can you imagine her trying to argue a case? After watching her fumble and mumble about the border question posed to her by a liberal interviewer, it seems there is no way she could mount a competent legal def3nse or off3nse in a court room in front of others. She got all flustered in a friendly one on one interview for crying out loud
All she did was to sign documents.
She had a political position. Usually the principal deputy in a prosecutor’s office is the top litigator.
Same here. I'm not going to read the drivel from someone who doesn't know the difference between a possessive and a plural form of a word.
“Harris is showing she has very little actual courtroom experience.”
And she has even less “French Fry” experience.
~ a tip of the hat to Bill Maher
