Could this be the same coordinated time when Putin deploys his 300,000 reserves?
Are his reserves mostly former soldiers with actual training and some experience or are they more designated to be called up next newer troops? Gauging the effect their addition might have to the fight; if they would make an immediate decisive difference in the Ukraine fight, why haven’t they been used already? Are they needed elsewhere for internal concerns?
Putin does not have 300,000 reserves or they would already be in Ukraine.
