Oil and gas companies should just get out of California and give Newsom the finger

The gouger is the government with gasoline taxes at $2.50/gal.

State gas taxes and refinery regulations are what’s gouging consumers.

Funny how when they jack up spending they never consider themselves as gouging the taxpayers.

Isn't it amazing that gas companies have the ability to gouge California but not the other 49 states?
Isn't it amazing that Governor Hair Gel neglects to mention that the reason gas is so high in California is that refineries have been driven out of the state; there is no gas pipeline to California; and that he's selling a lot of CA gas overseas? Funny how he leaves that out of the discussion.

Yep and major oil companies get about 8-10% net profit.

It’s pronounced gauging (per vp kamawhore)

Newsom is just projecting again. He and his Demonicrats are the real gougers of California.
To: plain talk
The total gas tax charge in New York is closer to 47.3 cents per gallon to 48.05 cents per gallon. New York is considered a high tax state compared to the rest of the country.
So that’s close to 15% of the cost - and our roads and bridges are crumbling.

The funny thing is that no one brings up how much the Government (State and Federal) makes per gallon of fuel.
That is pure profit for them because they make no investment at all and provide no jobs.
Does anyone find that interesting?
Because I find that interesting.
