Many states automatically register them to vote using the NGO address.
When the ballots arrive at the NGOs, they get handed off to third party interest groups “that know what to do with them”.
In this way the NGOs maintain plausible deniability.

In Connecticut, it would be illegal of me to be in possession of someone else’s ballot. Even if I’m just dropping a completed ballot in the mail. (Only an immediate family member may do that)

It is too late. States like California mail ballots to every registered voter. Live ballots in the mail. Anyone can fill in the ballot and return it. The commies started this in 2008 and in 2024 perfected the vote-by-mail so that they can stay in power.

Ballot harvesting is by far the most common way to cheat in elections.
Purging vote rolls and eliminating mail in votes will make the elections pretty fair.
Any kind of “helping” voters should be prohibited.
The only help acceptable is by members of bipartisan election board.
When are republicans going to smarten up and pass a law that voters need to reregister every two years. This is the best way to have clean voter rolls every election. This would be priority number one if I were in congress.

I was in charge of elections in a city starting in 1980. My Precinct Workers, Data Review Board members, Counting and Receiving Board members, etc., mostly worked in pairs — one R and one D.
Everyone got along. Everyone listened to and respected the partner’s input and suggestions — yes; even the Ds did that. It’s insane what has happened over time. AFAIK, there was no cheating, and no real opportunity for cheating as State Election Board ran a tight ship.
Only 9 states and DC send out ballots to everyone. They’re almost all blue.

Absolutely right. But that proposal never even gets considered.
I would erase the rolls every four years three months after the federal quadrennial election. Close registration 60 days before the next election. Everybody has to appear in person before the registrar with valid ID to register. The registrar can sent sworn agents out in the field to register shut-ins. End every voter registration drive, motor voter and all similar registration outreach activities.
All the elections would be fair and honest.
The huge effort to get voting participation rates up the past 40 years has done nothing but create rampant cheating and generate massive cynicism about our crooked elections. This is a million times worse than a few people being disenfranchised.

We used to have workers nominated by parties, so they were real R’s and D’s.
I worked often with pretty fanatical D, she watched my every little move. but we happen to do pretty good job.
IN AZ, they self nominate R’s and D’s and mix in I’s. This way, they could have plenty of impostors?!
I worked with one couple here, they admitted they became R and D to be able to work together. They were rather nonpartisan, but...
Also here, anybody can help anybody. So many people vote they way their “Help” tells them.
