“At least the various African countries actually punish their criminals.”
That is very true, and the reason is rather simple. Since blacks there are the dominant group, they are the ones in power and set the rules. And if someone breaks those rules they can’t blame whitey for oppressing them and thus be excused for their behavior.
Whereas here we provide the black thugs with a thousand excuses and tales of untold oppression and racism for their criminal behavior.
And those excuses are also used by blacks who occupy the lower rungs of society, to get whitey to pony up endless bennies to atone for their manufactured sins.
This is about as disfunctional as any “marriage” could possibly get, and it’s only going to get worse. Best solution is a friendly divorce - let each side go their own way.
