FOREST PARK, Ill. (CBS) — A man was charged Tuesday afternoon in a mass shooting that left four people dead on a CTA Blue Line train in west suburban Forest Park the day before.
Rhanni Davis, 30, of Chicago, was charged with four counts of first-degree murder, according to Forest Park police, who announced charges Tuesday evening along with Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx and Chicago Transit Authority President Dorval Carter.
All four victims were passengers on a Blue Line train as it was headed into the Forest Park terminal when they were shot shortly before 5:30 a.m.
Police said three victims were found dead at the scene. A fourth victim was taken to a local hospital, where they died. Officials had identified two of the victims as of Tuesday afternoon—Simeon Bihesi, a 28-year-old man, and Adrian Collins, a 60-year-old man.
Collins died of a gunshot wound to the abdomen, while Bihesi died of multiple gunshots.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's office said one of the other two victims was a 52-year-old man who remains unidentified pending notification of next of kin, and the other was a 64-year-old woman now identified as Margaret Miller.

Likely because 3 of the victims are men and 1 is a woman, and the reporter doesn’t know exactly which died at the hospital.

My mother had a few suggestions for staying out of trouble. Don’t associate with the type of people who get into trouble. Nothing good happens after midnight so don’t go anywhere after midnight.
I’d add a few more. When I moved to Tallahassee, I watched the police blotter published each day. I’d go by the address where the killing/shooting had taken place. They were generally gas stations; public, well lit, wide open. But they were all within the outer circle road and all after midnight. Conclusion, if you must have gas and it’s after midnight, leave the city.
Stay away from any public transport. Busses, trains and I’ve personally added planes.
If saving the planet by coercing everyone to use public transport was really an objective, then the government would crack down on the racial violence that they themselves initiate. In my opinion the Obama legacy was designed to create racial tension because the public would demand solutions, and we would all be living in something like a Chinese police state. The first part, then tension creation, worked. The second part has mostly failed...at least for now.
