GO VOTE!
I'm voting for Bob Antonellis for US Senate.
I know the Gov is “Republican,” but are any other state offices occupied by Republicans?
A relative here had a Massachusetts mail-in ballot. She tore it up & threw it out.
With one candidate & the rest being write-in only, it wasn’t worth the effort of returning.
What??
Maura Healey (Democratic Party)
Governor Since 2023.
Speaking of MA, from last year, an intetesting .pdf from a city in MA...

Ballot size problems again.
Go figure.
Gov is a lesbian who cheated on her wife with a state cop lefty loser.
Why is this primary so late? I’m confused as The Green Papers said it was in March. Is this a runoff?
Voting as a republican in Mass is generally an exercise in futility. At the local level , depending on where you live .... voting makes a difference but in state and national politics ,no true GOP candidate gets any traction.
I don’t know why they even bother. Massachusetts is an automatic RAT vote machine.
Because the primary doesn’t matter. Everyone knows what the final result will be.
Heading to polls to cast a vote soon. 3 decent candidates running to run against Liawatha Lizzie. But then again I would vote for my GoldenDoodle over Liawatha Lizzie. From living in this state controlled by Authoritarian Democrats, I have never and will never vote for any Democrat. They are awful examples of humans. They are completely evil. There is no compromise. They are like a cancer on society. They spread and destroy everything. It is so sad, Massachusetts has so many great reasons to live here but the Democrat cancer destroys all of them.
Absolutely. Voting in this state seems futile, but...we gotta do it no matter what.
I agree. If not for the putrid, despicable, tyrannical politics, there is a lot to like.
Sigh.
Of course, they say the same thing about California.
What’s the Mass GOP supposed to do, when the total Massachusetts voter numbers aren’t even close enough to have any serious competitive races at the highest political levels? There aren’t any serious political inroads happening in Massachusetts where there’s any actual increases in Federal Republicanism. The political races for the more local Massachusetts political offices aren’t doing that much better! You can fit all of the GOP state legislature into one statehouse elevator! Ditto, with the lack of serious political inroads with conservatism, throughout Massachusetts, and the deficit with conservatism is a lot worse in Massachusetts than the deficit in Massachusetts Republicanism, which is very bad! RINO Republicanism is very bad out of everybody in Massachusetts with an actual “R” next to their name! It’s frustrating!
I think the last GOP governor ( sort of) was Romney
I was thinking about Baker a couple of years ago.
“Why is this primary so late? I’m confused as The Green Papers said it was in March. Is this a runoff?”
Massachusetts local primaries are always in September. The March primary was for the presidential race, which is only every four year.
Some states combine their presidential and local primaries, others do not.
As an example, New Hampshire always holds the first presidential primary, in either late January or early February. But their local primary is next Tuesday, September 10th.
And elections were never as long as they are now. So choosing candidates in September for a November election used to be more common, especially in New England, the oldest part of the country.
Ok. Thx for explaining.
