Four people were killed and two others injured in a shooting at a home stemming from a dispute between neighbors on Saturday night in Hawaii, police said.
An argument between neighbors led to a bloody shooting that left four dead and two others critically injured this weekend in Hawaii, police said.
Witnesses reported that a man was using a front-end loader to ram cars into the home where a family gathering was happening, before the man opened fire at people gathered in the carport, fatally shooting three women at the residence in Wainanae, a community about 30 miles (48 kilometers) west of downtown Honolulu, police detective Lt. Deena Thoemmes said.
At some point, a 42-year-old man who lived in the home fatally shot the suspect with a handgun, she said. The resident was arrested on a charge of second-degree murder, she added.
The women who were killed were 34, 36 and 29, Thoemmes said. A 31-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman were taken to the hospital in critical condition, she said.
The suspect, who was not identified, had four 55-gallon drums containing an unknown fuel in the front-end loader, Thoemmes said. Witnesses reported that he fired rounds into them but police have not confirmed that yet.
It comes after a disagreement during a cockfight in Hawaii in April that drew between 100 and 200 attendees resulted in a bloody shooting that left two people dead and three injured.

What is the definition of “haole”?
According to Dave Berry it means, “People whose luggage is still in Los Angeles.”
I remember “Kill Haole Day” when we lived there.
Theres far more to this than reported.
Post-cockfight disagreements are the worst.
Kanapali Beach in Maui is polluted. Compare to Cancun Beach. You can see the dirty brown water at the shoreline. Cancun Beach water is crystal clear. People actually are swimming in that filthy Hawaiian water ...
Eons ago, while enrolling in a local Catholic school on Oahu, we were warned by the principal that we’d be called haoles, but to let it go unanswered. And we were, and we did. Resident of the place were sometimes known as local boys, but we called them plugs. Don’t know why.
Yeah. Oahu is rough. Especially the homesteads. I worked there for a couple years. I lived in a nice place in Lani Kai. The office was just north of Waimanalo where Obama would go get his shave ice (God I hated when that punk visited). The locals would set traps on the beach. If one wants to go to any of the islands my recommendation is stick to the big island.
We called them “Mokes”.
Kailua beach was closed more than it opened in the couple years I lived near.
Hawaii I think is the deepest blue state in the nation.
Which is why Tulsi no longer represents them in Congress, she couldn’t go on with the charade.
Gonna guess Filipinos gangsters on this one.
A couple of tourists were walking along the beach talking about Hawaii and their customs. They saw a native Hawaiian walking along and they asked him, “It seems you live here going by your clothes. Do you mind if we ask you “Do you pronounce it Ha-why-ee or Ha-Vaa-ee?”
He responded with “Ha-Vaa-EE.”
“Oh, Thank You.” they replied.
“You’re Velcome.” he said.
Certainly the FFs discussed the whys and wherefores of this article before putting it to paper.
More like….belligerently clannish.
Next time you’re a tourist in Oahu, drive your rental car over to Waianae for a beach visit. Better yet, camp a night on the beach.
