If I recall the collision wasn’t any fault of yours so will you be able to get it fixed or get a settlement?

Spunky..my accident was Wed Oct 24 Insanely busy day. 5stops and voting in morning. 14loads of wash at laundromat. Snd backseat full of grocery’s after Foof Lion stop on way home from laundromat. Mile and half from home on our street— CRASH.

Woman backing out into oncoming traffic with no lights on. It was very very dark in boonies. Moon had not risen yet.

State highway patrol covered. Accident report not filed til over a week later

Fast forward to yesterday. In mail letter from drivers insurance company in Rhode Island that I am totally financially responsible for any actions(renting loaner, having vehicle in tow lot etc) until liability is determined

I received no citation. Trooper told me she backed onto oncomkk in v traffic. Should be easy

But of course it won’t be
