I said I would let you know what Melania say’s in the book about abortion. I skimmed through the whole book “Melania” and found it at almost the very end.
She speaks of individual liberty. She states “Unequivocally, there is no room for negotiation when it comes to this fundamental right that we are all born with: individual liberty. Personal Freedom.”
She states, that she believes “it is critical for people to take care of themselves first.” She states “It is imperative to guarantee that women have autonomy in deciding their preference of having children, based on their own convictions, “free from any intervention or pressure from the government.”
“There are several legitimate reasons for a woman to choose to have an abortion. For instance, if her life is at risk, rape, a congenital birth defect, plus severe medical conditions.”
“Timing matters”
She talks about most abortions conducted in the later stages of pregnancy were the result of “severe fetal abnormalities that probably would have led to the death or stillbirth of the child.”
“As a community, we should embrace these common-sense standards.” “Again, timing matters”
“These situations with significant moral implications weigh heavily on the woman and her family and deserve our empathy.”
She believes if a juvenile is going to have an abortion they have to have parental consent. She believes that “Our next generation must be provided with knowledge, security, safety, and solace, and the culture stigma associated with abortion must be lifted.”
“The slogan “My Body, My Choice” is typically associated with women activists and those who align with the pro-choice side of the debate.”

She doesn’t come out real strongly in either direction.
IMO the only things that implies she is pro-abortion is getting rid of the cultural stigma of abortions and a woman’s right to make her own decisions involving her own body. She doesn’t mention anything about the baby’s rights, so I would assume she is pro-abortion but it’s only an assumption. Her view seem to be aligned with her husband’s, but maybe a little more to the left.

I’ve read of too many cases where the mother was advised to abort because of likely horrific medical issues. Tim Tebow being one of them.
In short, Melania thinks we can play God. We can’t.
