There is so much disinformation re:diet and health and medications and health.
There is an immense body of knowledge from Credible doctors /scientists (usually PhD/MD combos) showing most of the “research is to enhance the marketing of of pharmaceuticals. I’ve elected to go off most of meds & was tickled when my new PCP Dr Pope a young woman fully supported me. My labs were great -except lipid panel and I showed her my regime for natural vessel maintenance/cleaning.
She mentioned she was especially happy with my sharing because she said too few people take charge of their health issues, treatment and support. She said too many people just blindly follow doctors who blindly prescribe what they’ve been told to prescribe. She said some thing I already knew that most people come expecting to get fixed with a new med or prescription or treatment. She was glad I researched to look for alternate natural ways to help. If I didn’t know better, I would’ve thought she was so naturopath.

As the past years I’ve had older vehicles, most of them regularly have the various lights on routinely nothings wrong. The lights are just on and the mechanic said to just ignore them. Where is with the newer car when you see them it is a scary thing.
If you bought that cute little squeaky chick now I bet it would be much more than a quarter. Closer to probably a dollar or two. It sounds like you had a lot of fun with it

Dolly-the weather has been unseasonably warm, which is
really nice, BUT_we have not had any rain!
Saving the water for cooking and such.
The well water is really low-so will save that water
for fast showers, flushing, etc.
