A photography-related "incident" occurred at Arlington National Cemetery Monday during a visit by former President Donald Trump, leading to a report being filed, the cemetery said in a statement to ABC News.
While the cemetery did not immediately provide specifics, NPR reported that a source had told the publication that two Trump campaign officials engaged in a verbal and physical altercation with a cemetery staff member during Trump's visit, which came on the third anniversary of the deaths of 13 service members during the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.
The alleged altercation took place after the Trump campaign officials were asked not to take photos and videos in Section 60, a section of the cemetery where recent U.S. veterans are buried, NPR reported.
When contacted by ABC News on Tuesday night, a representative for the Arlington National Cemetery released a statement that confirmed an "incident" but didn't provide specifics.
"Federal law prohibits political campaign or election-related activities within Army National Military Cemeteries, to include photographers, content creators or any other persons attending for purposes, or in direct support of a partisan political candidate's campaign. Arlington National Cemetery reinforced and widely shared this law and its prohibitions with all participants. We can confirm there was an incident, and a report was filed," the statement read.

Wow. Mental illness on full display.
IF this is true then they were wrong...IF this is true.
It sure does.
As usual for the DUmmies.
jack smith to indict Trump for this in 3....2....1...
Just a guess but it may have to do with mourners at recent interments.
I know I wouldn’t have wanted anyone taking pictures of my dad’s grave right after he was buried.
Also there’s this:
“Photography
Photography is permitted within the grounds of Arlington National Cemetery. Photographers who are members of news organizations need to make arrangements for a media escort by contacting the ANC Public Affairs Office at 703-614-0024.
We ask media and cemetery visitors to respect the solemnity of Arlington National Cemetery by refraining from taking pictures of or filming someone who is visibly mourning. Please ask for permission to film or photograph those visiting a gravesite.”

Speaking of which is Democratic Underground still active? I miss the great reporting by few of the Freepers here.
the Arlington employee took it upon himself to determine that Trump’s visit was ‘political’ when in fact, he was there at a private event as an invited guest of the families.
There is a photograph of Trump posing with the family that is being criticized for Trump ‘smiling’ and gestering a ‘thumbs up’ However, the photo shows almost all the participants smiling and two of the participants are gestering (little finger and index finger extended) the ‘rock on’ sign, which conveys context to whatever is being discussed and Trump’s response.

Section 60 is WAAAY down the hill from the Tomb of the Unknowns-— it is down in front of the huge columbarium- cremated urns. Section 60 does not have any “recent” burials in ground there. In fact iirc Arlington can no longer accept most in ground burials unless a Medal of Honor, Silver Star or General Officer. There is no more room apparently. Will have to check this.
These photogs were way down away from the groups- and perhaps taking photos— was there any relatives in the Section 60 at the time?> Who knows. This smells of manufacturing—except the supposed “physical” altercation not described. What they grabbed an arm. There are no guards that aren’t rent a cops at the gate and grounds. So this will be quickly filed away— a non-event deliberately created.
Fact is the media did not cover the fact that neither Que Malo nor Xiden came to the event they were invited to. Only Trumps.
They are treading very lightly around The Hatch Act because they know they have been violating it all along. How many official VP appearances have been made by the empty pantsuit since was coronated? That means all of the AF2 flights, rooms and board have to be paid for by the empty pantsuit’s campaign. How much you want to bet that she has not paid a single dime, and never will for the unofficial use of government property and benefits?
Just wait till the monster comes to your door...
Sounds like that traitor Vindman (who should have been hung a long time ago for attacking HIS CIC based on made up BS) got a job at Arlington cutting weeds.
X is blowing up with this hoax in the echo chamber. Trump was invited by the families, and did no politicking.
When did they make it private? I was over there just after the assassination attempt and was able to peruse.
Maybe Jack Smith can have him indicted for it. I wouldn’t put it past him.
Yeah, what does "recent" mean? This book on Section 60 was published 10 years ago. That predates Trump's first candidacy. How long has Section 60 existed? And how long has this rule been enforced?
So then-President Obama was never photographed in that section?
Or later, then-President Trump?

Bears repeating.
When leftists run out of anything real to say, they quickly degenerate into spluttering of expletives and obscenities. It’s just who they are.
