Started my military career in the Wisconsin Army National Guard in July 0f 1964. Spent just short of 25 years in the Army Guard (Wisconsin, Illinois and California) before taking my last promotion in the Army Reserve.

Two of my BFFs are a retired Major and a retired Chief Warrant Officer. They’re both at the convention this week. I’ve gone in the past as a spouse/guest or ‘gopher’ for one or the other. It’s always a fun time. :)
