She was addressing the time it takes for the city to comply with public records requests and then he cut her off saying she was attacking him. She was completely within her rights to say what she said.

This is a done deal, IMHO, by the SCOTUS prior rulings.
I can’t recall where it happened but during a public meeting they would not let a citizen read a Supreme Court decision. He can back later with a lawsuit and served them publicly.
