Robert F. Kennedy Jr. responded to criticism he has faced from his wife and other members of the Kennedy family on Sunday after endorsing former President Trump.
Kennedy faced questions about the family drama during an appearance on "Fox News Sunday" with host Shannon Bream. Bream referenced a letter from Kennedy's siblings condemning his endorsement on Friday.
"You know, my family is at the center of the Democratic Party. I have members of my family that are working for the Biden administration. Biden has a bust of my father behind him at the Oval Office, and he's been a family friend for many years," Kennedy said.
"My family is – I understand that they're troubled by my decisions. I love my family. I feel like we were raised in a milieu where we were encouraged to debate each other and debate ferociously and passionately about things and still love each other," he added. "They're free to take their positions on these issues. There are many, many members of my family working at my campaign and who are supporting me."

Has anyone here read the book “Ask Not...”? If the allegations in the book are true, this is one messed up family.
Funny thing about family, there is a special place in my heart for family until there isn’t.
I look straight forward and live my best drama free life.

Both JFK and RFK Senior were well to the right of their younger sibling Edward Morris “Teddy” Kennedy, who kind of tainted the family brand. With none of the valor of his older brothers, his short term of military service was in a peacetime setting, no time ever in a combat zone, Teddy steadily drifted ever more to the left, and after the accidental drowning of Mary Jo Kopechne at Chappaquiddick, he was forever branded as a sort of shady person, due largely to leaving the scene of the accident.
The manner of his atonement for that incident led him down some very dark side paths.
Today’s demonrat party IS...demonic.
They Kennedy family should think about the fact that both JFK and RFK would be canceled and drummed out of today’s super-woke Democratic Party for being too honest and mainstream.
It’s good to see an injection of Kennedy’s stances into Trump’s campaign. Unfortunately, witnessing the utter destruction of the country is not quite enough to alert some people.
Trump has touched on these issues, especially baby vaccinations, but Kennedy, and Musk, are heavy hitters who can train a spotlight on them.
The media and the democrats, but I repeat myself, always fall back to their default position of Trump being Hitler, since Trump was alone, but now they cannot apply that smear to Kennedy and Musk with any credibility.
Ditto. Very easy. Pleasurable, in fact.
