It’s unfortunate that the Constitution didn’t ban slavery and considered slaves as 3/5 of a person for population purposes for Representatives. But that comprise was required for it to be adopted. If perfect knowledge of the future Civil War were known, perhaps it would have been different.

Will there likewise be future ramifications for not eradicating abortion in all forms?

Correct. Leaving abortion up the the States is the same as when we left Slavery up to the States.

That didn't work out so well, did it?
