LOL. President Trump is cogent and fit.

Clinton is debilitated and frail in comparison.

And let's not get started comparing children and wives …

Since alcohol is a depressant as to nerve function, a shot of whiskey might help to diminish the nerve mechanisms responsible for essential tremor. On a long term basis, supplements of vitamin D3 and amino acid chelated magnesium might be more helpful. Based on personal experience and extensive research in the medical literature, I suspect that a combined deficiency of those nutrients is involved in many poorly understood disorders of the nervous system.

"Just die already and put other people out of their misery" came to mind on reading the headline.

Maybe not nice, but that's the thought.

I have it also…. it gets more pronounced with coffee. Maybe other stimulants, but I don’t try any.

All those years snorting coke eventually have a bad outcome. BJ has a prominent coke nose.

You may want to try supplements of vitamin D3 and amino acid chelated magnesium, either magnesium glycinate or magnesium L-threonate, which is preferable as being better absorbed in the GI system and across the blood-brain barrier.

Among other things, both vitamin D and magnesium are essential to proper functioning of the nervous system. Deficiencies are common. Sublingual vitamin B-12 might also offer some benefit.

Because magnesium is mostly held in the cells, it cannot be measured properly in blood tests. Notably, magnesium tends to have a calming effect and is often injected in cardiac emergencies.

As for the effects of coffee, as a diuretic, it tends to cause a loss of magnesium. A friend of mine noticed that a bottle of Perrier mineral water -- but not tap water -- helped with night time leg cramps. I got her to take magnesium and her leg cramps ceased.
