Medea Benjamin, the co-founder of Code Pink, a radical anti-war group, told Breitbart News on Monday that she would not tell people to vote for, or against, Vice President Kamala Harris over her Israel policies.
Benjamin led about two dozen Code Pink activists in the pro-Palestinian march from Union Park to the United Center, the venue for the Democratic National Convention. Some carried anti-Israel (and antisemitic) signs, such as "Democrats are bought by Zionism," playing on classic antisemitic themes of Jews and money. (Benjamin is Jewish.)
Benjamin and Code Pink tend to focus their attacks on conservatives, but are giving vent to anti-Israel sentiment on the left and within the Democratic Party, which has grown — especially since the Hamas terror attack of October 7.
Democrats have been reluctant to condemn the protesters or their rhetoric: President Joe Biden even told the convention that the protesters — who included openly pro-Hamas demonstrators — "have a point."
Vice President Kamala Harris hopes to court the support of anti-Israel, pro-Palestinian voters on the left, who are a potentially important bloc in the swing state of Michigan but have declared themselves "uncommitted. To that end, she recently met, in secret, with the antisemitic mayor of Dearborn, Michigan, a leader in the "uncommited" movement.

If only all of these griping leftists would skip voting in this election cycle. Fat chance of that.
They don’t need to vote, it’s all done for them.
Self hating Jews gunna self hate.
Ping.
Medea should have been shoved in front of an oncoming subway train, years ago
I spent a good deal of time facing off with Code Pink from 2004 to 2012, which is the last time I encountered them. Most of that time was counter-protesting them in support of the troops when they set up camp outside Walter Reed in Washington, DC, and other times were at various anti-war protests such as "The Gathering of Eagles" and so on. When I take the stand that they are spittle-lipped, vile, unhinged, good-for-nothing anti-American scumbags, I know of what I speak.
I have spent many hours listening the vomit that they characterize as speech, and reading their vile and hateful signs (held up outside a hospital with horribly maimed soldiers inside who could see them from their windows) and many of those solders took the time, when they could walk, to make their way out to us and made a point of telling us how much it hurt them to see the Code Pink people standing there with those hateful signs, chanting their vicious slogans.
I thank the DC Chapter of Free Republic for taking me in and allowing me to be part of their team.
There was one time we were outside Walter Reed, and they were forced to go about 100 yards up the street. The main gate of Walter Reed is nearly like a crossroad, so there are four corners there. For a while, they had two of the corners, and one day Trooprally (DC Chapter) discovered that when he renewed his "protest license" that Code Pink had forgotten to renew theirs, so he got all four corners, and they had to move up the street.
Evil people.
One time, we set up signs on top of our cars parked along Georgia Avenue after they were booted out due to their Leftist incompetence, and they were like the old "Burma Shave" signs on the road. As the pictures show, the signs said:
Don't be fooled
By their flags
Up ahead
Pinko Hags!
I took up station right outside the gate, and we had taken all the parking spaces up the street...perhaps 50-100 yards up the street the Code Pinkos were out (As I said, they got pushed up the street because they stupidly let their protest permit lapse, and Trooprally snapped it right up when he renewed his.
Typical liberal inefficiency.
Anyway, as I was standing there, I noticed a woman walking slowly down the sidewalk towards us, stopping occasionally. She was older, thin, and somewhat unhealthy looking, and was walking a bit like a zombie. I was concerned...she looked like she was completely disoriented...she was wearing pink running shorts and a t-shirt, had long scraggly hair, and I was going to go over and ask her if she needed help, and mentioned her to one of the DC Chapter folks who looked at her and just said “Don’t bother. It’s one of the Code Pinkos.”
I looked back at her again, then said “I think there is something wrong with her. Look at her she just stops, doesn’t move, then starts shuffling again...what is she doing?”
He said “She is taking pictures of our license plates so they can post them on their website. They somehow think they are outing us for rallying here to support the troops.”
Then, one of them came over and yanked one of the signs off the roof of my car and threw it over the fence.
Freeper kristinn called the DC Police (you can see him on his phone there) who came down, and they had to side with us whether they liked to or not. The cop reprimanded them, and said if there were any more incidents like that people were going to get arrested and they wouldn't be able to protest out there anymore.
That was one of the other ones in the picture...not the one who was throwing the signs over the fence onto the grounds of the hospital.
And a confused Alexandria Ocasio Cortez says, “It’s all about the Benjamins!”
Having the push done by an illegal would be a nice touch.
lol
“Self hating Jews gunna self hate.”
They aren’t Jews. They are people of the Jewish faith. Huge, huge difference. A Jew is someone who is a member of the Jewish faith and supports Israel as its homeland. They tend to be conservative in their beliefs. A Jewish person tends to be liberal and self loathing. Believes that Jews are genocidal maniacs who want to destroy the Palestinians because of their existence, and disregards their genocidal nature against Jews.
I’m a Jew and been in many arguments with my Jewish friends about this. They will vote for Democrats who hate Israel because of their liberal/leftwing ideology. It is my belief that when Hitler fomented the holocaust, it wasn’t because of Jews who have core beliefs, but of Jewish people who supported Communism. The rest of us were collateral damage.
True enough.
