Gov. Andy Beshear (D-KY) joins Andrea Mitchell to discuss why he thinks reproductive rights need to be front and center this election. “As a man, JD Vance will never have to face any of this personally, but it's sad that he lacks the empathy to be able to put himself in a different position and to understand .

Beshear is Governor of Kentucky, he thinks states shouldn’t decide or is he too dumb to realize it’s a states issue not a federal issue. Doesn’t he trust the people of his state?
Every woman who procures an abortion kills some man's son or daughter. The arrogance to say that a man will "never have to face any of this personally" is a violent outrage.
I’m normally against abortion.
However the fewer liberal whites and blacks
that have kids is a good thing.
Conservatives don’t destroy their future,
Liberals do.
‘Every woman who procures an abortion kills some man’s son or daughter. The arrogance to say that a man will “never have to face any of this personally” is a violent outrage’
I agree.
How high is the right to kill one’s baby in the hierarchy of importance among American voters compared to inflation and illegal immigration?
Is that idiot too stupid to understand that it is not a Federal Government issue?
To oversimplify it a tad — stupid people may be too stupid to realize they're stupid...In other words, he is a Democrat.
Oh how awful. Trump and Vance don’t like murdering babies. The horror.
Gov. Andy Beshear (D-KY) is a stupid idiot, misses the whole point of what Vance and Trump are saying. It should not be a federal issue, but be localized by States control. One size does not fit all, let the States individually let their citizens hammer it out.
Nearly every leftist politician who ‘believes’ in abortion does so because it’s a vote getter litmus test. They invariably use it as a “J’accuse!” against their conservative opponents.
“Kneel before that altar and pray to the baby murder god.” Never mind that the USSC has affirmed it is a states’ rights issue and no business from the Federal Government. Fix it by passing a statute in Congress, right? It still doesn’t solve the constitutionality problem with it in the first place.
If they truly want national abortion, get the 3/4ths of the State Legislatures to agree and 2/3 of Congress to pass another amendment and repeal the last of the first ten amendments in the Bill of Rights. Good luck with that, killers.
Govt, can’t tell you what to do with your body. Like with vaxxes and boosters right? So, do I have the “right” to a tonsilectomy (sp).
We adopted a baby girl when she was 2 weeks old. We have 4 sons, and wanted this baby girl. She is an adult now, and has a personality plus and beautiful.
Now, I want to say a few things.
A nation that kills the babies, with the ease it is done, why would God in heaven bless that nation. “Better a millstone be put around the neck and tossed into the sea than to harm a child.”
Killing a baby in the womb.. Killing a baby after birth.. How can a human being do such a thing..
If it can be made worse, take a baby not wanted.. Sell the organs.. Make money off the baby.. The baby is alive when they cut parts of that little body apart.. !!!!!
A nurse tells her story.. She was one who held the baby while they butchered the helpless baby. She couldn’t take it.. She resigned.
Women who kill their flesh and blood, are heartless.. You can decide there are reasons to abort.. I give you that, but I could not live with myself to do such.
Every woman and man know how a baby is made.. It’s irresponsible to use abortion for birth control.
A civilization cannot kill the innocent and get a pass.
I tuned in to the ‘dem party’ yesterday.. Didn’t stay.. I saw Hillary get a long applause.. The women like her, I guess
I saw the women enjoying everything I would not.
I’m free as a bird.. Love the lord..
Are you women happy? Are you sure?
Reproductive rights?? More like child killing.
The federal supremacy clause allows.Congress to pass laws over state laws. The USSC simply said that the federal government doesn’t have the right to invent a constitutional right to abortion. They returned it to the state’s since no Federal law has been passed they never said the Congress cannot pass a national level law. Read the released brief again. This is why both sides have said that they would pass national level laws the Turtle has said more than once he wants the Senate to pass a national ban. Congress absolutely could pass a law either way and use the federal supremacy clause to override the state’s. Not having the right to create by fiat is not the same as a duly passed law signed by the executive. It’s not only a state’s issue it’s a states issue right now until Congress decides otherwise. The dems are going to pack the Court next term they have said as much and Congress can do exactly that they set the number of judges and no one else.
Moloch approved Breshear’s message.
The baby is a victim not the rapist Gov Bershmuck!
My kids seem to have common sense but its no guarantee. My dad is about as left wing as one can get - and I turned the other way politically.
I still think any federal statute re: abortion-on-demand would be unconstitutional, IF they could get one passed. I also don’t believe they (Democrats) will be able to ‘pack the court.’
Collectivists miss many details in their love of abortion. But they don’t care.
