People should start thinking about “Collectivism”. It’s an umbrella term for communism, socialism, and fascism. It’s all about the whole of society. About Groups and not Individuals.
There is nothing in traditional American values that points us to Collectivism. But here we are.

He said what scared him was the level of cooperation between large corps, universities, media, the courts and (of course) the Dem party. He also discussed the extreme gap in income that now exists between ordinary Americans and the corporate elites. Like birth pangs, all these forces intensify and come closer and closer together. Then govt takes credit when things appear fine, and when they aren’t, they blame private business and nationalize or force more controls on business to “fix” the problem, because the problem sure isn’t govt policies!
