When is the guy getting sued prosecuted for deprivation of rights under color of law?

A sane police chief would have called in uniformed police officers in a marked car.

I took 30 seconds to locate another article that contained snippets of the official police report and not just the DEFENSE LAWYER’s version. According to the police report, the police vehicle was “marked” and he activated his blue “lights.” Hmm, that would suggest to anyone but this dope that he was a police officer. The report also indicates that she refused to exit the vehicle after being told the car would be TOWED—she then took off from the scene after being told not to leave. Finally, the video clearly shows that the officer’s shirt had “POLICE” stamped on it in huge type. This woman is either an abject dope or an abject liar.

As I have said before, if you just cooperate with LE—and be super nice with them—you will often get no ticket, no tow, and 100% of the time no arrest.

Finally, the prosecutor likely dropped the charges b/c the officer went a little overboard in making the arrest. It happens—especially to dopes who drive away from cops.
