Who is running the country?
It’s not Joe. It’s never been Joe.
Certainly isn’t Kamala.
Could be Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Susan Rice ... there are people who could be named and guessed at.
But whoever IS running the country is in the shadows. Not elected. Not appointed. Not named. Just ... secretly ... running the whole country.

Susan Rice had resigned her position, whatever it was from the WH a while ago to work on Biden’s campaign. I wonder if she is back in the WH or working on Kamalas campaign.
