Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that the Trump administration will start mass deportations with a million people.
Anchor Jonathan Karl said, “One of the proposals in the platform you’ve talked about, and Trump has talked about, is a mass deportation. You said he said he’ll start with the easy ones, the criminals, people who commit crimes, deport them, but he said deporting 15 million to 20 million people, how do you actually do that?

Are employers prepared to pay at least minimum wage for this work, and are consumers willing to pay the related price increases?
Thank you for the lesson in English. Forgive me. I work in commercial real estate and we use the word rents to refer to income generated from multiple tenants.
Yes. If not, our country is toast.

Not trying to be the grammar police. It's just that I see the term used by let's say less than educated folks. It's a pet peeve of mine. It's like people who talk about their work "ethics".
Be interesting how they find them when fjb/kamalatoe brought Dem in anonymously?!
Also, you can incentivize self-deportation by giving them a choice. Come voluntarily to an ICE office and we’ll send you back or get 5 years in jail if and when we catch you.
“ Pass a law that no one who enters this country without permission will ever be granted a path to citizenship, given social security or medicare/medicaid and most will self-deport!”
I agree with your point, but I am afraid that the Biden administration has made the vast majority of the people crossing our southern border legally here. His policy is to process them through as fast as possible, giving them a document that says to show up at an immigration hearing a few years in the future.
Appropriating vast amounts of money to process people through the southern border even faster is what the Democrat’s immigration bill is about. Why Republicans do not address this topic is mind-boggling to me.
I suspect there’s an electronic trail to many of them as a result of the various welfare benefits they’ve received. Many have been given phones and debit cards so there’s likely a way to track them by inspecting their electronic footprint.
I wasn’t real thrilled with his answer. Get them all out. Fine companies that hire them. Highly tax the money they wire back home. NO GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES WHATSOEVER. Offer them a high bonus to return to their home country-it’s cheaper than putting them on gov’t dole.
wildcard_redneck nailed it!
Cut off their blind funding and support, they will self-deport.
They stay because we pay...
If the feds did their job, employers wouldn’t need to do this. Don’t employers have enough to do?
How about a bounty? Point out your competitor has a bunch of illegals, you and the country benefit, your competitor may have trouble doing business until they get replacements.
Make sure they're free to leave under their own power.
Draconian fines for government bureaucrats knowingly giving benefits of any sort to illegal aliens.
Lots of Latinos are with the cartels. Some aren’t. Either way it should be America for Americans, just like Alberta should be for Albertans. We can’t import the world.
I’ve heard work ethics too. It seems like spelling, grammar, even reading a clock, are becoming lost arts.
Seems like if they were denied any & all benefits, they might self-deport. The U.S. was never intended as the gravy train for them anyway.
