Code 421 is a sick or injured person, according to LVMPD’s code sheet.
After that, there’s about 20 hectic minutes of coordination as the protective detail quickly moves their resources from the route between Lindo Michoacan and MGM Grand, where Biden was slated to speak, to instead secure a route from Lindo Michoacan. All units were again requested to respond Code 3.
People dementia/old timers are known for going into violent rages that are only resolved by medical intervention.
*Had a customer who’s dad had dementia and required 24 hour assistance.
The dad was 6’ 5” and a trim 240 lb; customer said they had many bar type fights in the home.
The dad later having a stroke resolved that situation and was more like a puppy after.
