But saying that a race should always be run as if your behind."

Agreed on both points -- Lunz is not to be trusted and Pres. Trump should run his campaign as if he is behind and must catch up.

Other pollsters still show Trump ahead, though not by the margins he had against Biden.

After Biden's disastrous debate performance, I saw polls showing Trump winning up to 400 electoral votes -- 270 needed to win.

Today it looks more like 300 electoral votes for Trump -- still enough to win, but not the landslide against Biden.

As for the frequent advice we see to Trump, saying to stay focused on issues and not get distracted with personal attacks -- can you name me a winning Democrat who ever followed such advice?

I very much like your prediction of 300 electoral votes. Please share any up-to-date sources you find reliable. The two sites I’ve long followed have turned very bleak over the last few weeks and even since the VP pick. (270ToWin and Election Betting Odds.) Seriously bringing me down.
I enjoyed reading your profile. :)

You are correct. They gave that same advice to both McCain and Romney and when you look at the list of U.S. Presidents, neither name is on that list.
