A whistleblower is claiming that the lead Secret Service agent in charge of Donald Trump's deadly Butler, Pennsylvania, rally was 'inexperienced' and 'failed to implement appropriate security protocols.'
The complaint comes weeks after 20-year-old murderer Thomas Matthew Crooks shot Trump from a 'perfect location' in relatively close range to the former president as he spoke at the July 13 campaign rally.
Crooks hit Trump, injuring him and two others, along with fatally wounding firefighter Corey Comperatore.

In many of the “true crime” cases the murderer tries to clean up the scene to destroy evidence.

according to the E (equity) part of DEI, equity is of paramount importance to organizations including the US government and the SS. equity means in the DEI context equity of outcome, not equal opportunity. equity of outcome means that all races, genders, and cultures must be represented at all levels of an organization wherever possible. some (questionable?) research is cited in an attempt to justify equity as resulting in a more productive/effective/profitable organization.
IOW, promoting equity is a dictum of DEI. challenging the notion of equity is challenging DEI, which DEI advocates do not allow by the above, imho somewhat circular reasoning.
(A more controversial and radical stand is that DEI benefits the world at large.)

inside DEI embracing organizations such as the SS, DEI is by management dictum always good everywhere, and can never be challenged for any reason. A DEI hire must be regarded as beneficial to the organization, to the consumers that it serves (in this case protected individuals and the US public) and to US society in general.
blaming a DEI hire for the butler assassination SS attempt failures is like blaming DEI itself. Since DEI is always good, blaming a DEI hire in a high profile investigation is not good, and therefore cannot ever be allowed.
An investigation which shows a DEI hire is responsible for a fudge-up can never be released. The alternatives are to release a fake investigation, delay the release of the investigation, or both, augmented if needed by destruction of evidence and the beginning of indefinite bureaucratic benign neglect. Perhaps this is what is being done by the SS now. There is no overt conspiracy, just a slavish adherence to DEI principles overriding every other consideration.
imagine if it is true that the DEI hire fudged up at butler. Then it would threaten all DEI advocacy and adoption everywhere. This would threaten the entire grievance industry plus all the incompetent DEI hires who are already in place in many organizations. This would threaten all the so-called progress allegedly made by DEI advocates in the last ~30 years.
No conspiracy, just DEI protecting itself. In a larger context, if equity is a byword for socialism, it is (just) socialism protecting itself.
Crooks was going to die that day, no matter what else happened.
The Butler rally was the first time the SS had a counter-sniper team at a Trump rally.
They were there to whack Crooks, after somebody shot Trump.
Crooks was the patsy, the scapegoat.
This appears to be a DC Swamp assassination hit on Trump that failed.
I don’t think they thought much about the aftermath, just chaos.
But they missed their chance, and the patsy is dead.
We’ll never find out anything unless Trump is successful in November.

Despite DEI considerations, I would like to see the scope of the investigation widened, with additional investigations to include Kamala’s appearance in Philadelphia and Dr. Jill’s appearance in Harrisburg. These two appearances apparently were responsible for drawing off effectively all qualified SS agents. Another aspect of investigation that should be pursued is of course a quantitative analysis of the previous 3.5 years of trump’s protective SS detail. If anything, the number of SS assigned to trump’s detail should have jumped after he became the (R) frontrunner. if it did not, then does that constitute prima facie evidence for a conspiracy?
They tried to take out Trump. There’s no way around it. Take heed brothers and sisters.

As Trump has said time and again, ‘They really are after you, I’m just in their way.’ It’s a clear government orchestrated assassination attempt ‘most foul.’ All the criminals have left is a diversion - the lame excuse ‘we messed up.’ This article doesn’t even scratch the surface because it ignores looking for evidence of government criminal culpability. Why are they wasting time pointing fingers at mismanagement when they should be focusing on criminality. First, you need to gather evidence of the crime, then you go after the perps. They haven’t even entertained the existence of a government criminal conspiracy. This is a dog and pony show, not a serious criminal investigation.
