If your labor costs push you out of your customers’ price range, you are going to be out of business before long no matter how much you’ve invested in your equipment.

This shouldn’t be a mystery to anyone. You’re seeing this happen on a large scale across the restaurant industry.

Good. If an owner of a business dosen’t understand how a free market for labor works THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP. AGAIN - GOOD!!!
