Democratic strategist Donna Brazile said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that former President Donald Trump’s comments on Vice President Kamala Harris’ race showed he wanted to be the “arbiter of who is an American.”
Host George Stephanopoulos said, “It’s also clear, Donna Brazile, that the Trump team is not going to back away from questioning the vice president’s racial identity.”
Brazile said, “Look. I recognize, George, that the playbook of the late ’60s and the ’70s and even not too far ago in 2011, when then Barack Obama, the president of the United States, they questioned his birth, his birth certificate. This is an old playbook. America’s tired of this playbook. We’re tired of questioning people’s background simply because they don’t look like something or someone else.”
She added, “Donald Trump wants to be the arbiter of who is an American, and he is not.”

Rich on the night he was shot was walking home after closing a bar at around 1:30 an as I recall. He encountered a van on his path and rumors are it was fbi that wanted to grill him. I don't know if it happened or not.
Further along on his journey he was attacked by two goons either FBI or MS 13. My bet is MS13 since two were killed mysteriously two months later. During the attack, claimed a robbery by dc police,(they were later removed form having anything to do with the case and the FBI took everything there was) at the time where nothing was stolen. He had an expensive watch and a wallet full of cash.NOt taken.
During the "robbery" he was shot at least twice, maybe three times,I'm not sure, with a small caliber gun maybe a .22. The police showed up quickly since there is so much crime in dc they have special devices that detect gun shots. Rich was sitting on a curb talking to an officer. Clearly not in severe jeopardy when the ambulance showed up.
He was taken to Med Star hospital where Jack Sava was head of surgery.
He was attended to by a surgery group that was very familiar with gun shot victims.
They actually issued a statement online that stated that they did clean up work,stabilization work on Rich and he was in good shape when they left him to recover by resting.
Some time later all kinds of military/police types entered the hospital and Rich was completely cordoned off and no one allowed to see him.
Dr. Jack Sava took charge.
Several hours later he announced that Rich has passed away due to the gunshots. No one believed it. But, doctors at hospitals are like kings what they say is law.
Few one saw the body although some elites had shown up at the hospital having heard of Rich being shot. The Mayor of dc.Muriel Bowser was there along with Donna Brazille,no telling why they were there.Or,how they knew to come,who contacted them?
Later interviews with the family of Rich,especially his brother,only created more questions. They were uncooperative by not helping at all or answering any questions.
Today we still don't know if Rich is alive or dead or what actually happened in the missing parts of the story.

It is obvious that he was the one who leaked the DNC Data files to Wikileaks. Not some Russian/Serbian hackers like Crowdstrike said (liars, spit).
He was murdered by democrat operatives trying to get the files back, but by then it was already too late—WikiLeaks had them—and published them. Still, some data was never published. They were able to get it, but then they ended him for his “crime”.
The data directly implicated Hillary, her campaign, and Brazille’s DNC. The whole Deep State plot was in there. She knows how Rich died.
Not to mention, one mere glance at Kamala tells the tale.
