INTERESTS ON EAST COAST NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO DEBBY.

From Joe Bastardi: "from 2 days ago. So no surprise. But the sweet spot for upper support is from where it is now NE into the Carolinas which means the our Carolina cat 2-3 impact scale hit is still very much on the table IMO"

Translation: watch out once Debby hits the Gulf Stream... a while the Hurricane Center is suggesting a track that moves inland to S. Carolina quickly, Joe's thinking is that it goes further out, and that puts the NC Outer Banks in possible peril. If that scenario plays out, Debby could blow up into something big... and there would be little time to prepare.
