I don't think most states allow you to practice law if you are a felon. I bet his application to practice law asked about felonies or misdemeanors.
So I would guess he perjured himself on those forms. I would say he might have some problems going forward.
In 1976, the then INS busted and arrested an illegal alien named William Olguin who was a practicing attorney (immigration attorney) in California. He was wrist slapped and returned to practice.

If Kammy did indeed help this guy become a lawyer then she committed a felony. Section 1324 title 8 says it’s a federal felony to encourage illegals to live here.

shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).
(B)A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs—

Nothing is as it seems. She would not do this for any random Joe who crossed the border. This guy did something. Maybe his family was CIA ground surveillance in Mexico, maybe he joined US domestic surveillance when approached about informing on the goings on in some illegal groups. He had a chit, and US Domestic intel wanted him elevated, and called her office and had her (another asset) make it happen.
Now he is like Epstein, he “belongs to intelligence,” and there are no rules or laws which apply to him. He is like Hunter, with Rudy and Kerik hand-delivering a video of Hunter, smoking crack and having sex with his brothers female underaged child, to Delaware State PD, telling them this is Hunter and his Niece, she is still underaged, he is probably still molesting her now, and Delaware State PD could not even look at the video, and never even opened an investigation or registered taking possession of the video.
People don’t understand the pervasiveness of this gargantuan intel op running below the surface in the US, how it has informers in every neighborhood, or how it runs everything. It almost got outed by Danny Casolaro, who was pursuing “The Octopus” when it killed him, literally by a thousand cuts. His investigation was in part linked to Ghislaine’s sisters, and their theft of a database program they backdoored for the Mossad wing of this global-multinational-thing and then distributed all throughout the US government, giving Mossad penetration into the US government’s computer systems which it handled for this thing, while using it for its own benefit as well. It popped up in numerous places, from Epstein, to the network which had to be in place, to bring together assets from Secret Service, DHS, and probably even a few in the local PD all for the Trump assassination. Timothy McVeigh was likely recruited into it judging by a letter to his sister, and I would bet Snowden worked for it as well.
But none of these cases of guys getting big lifts like this are some ingenue politician with a heart of gold reaching down to lift up some rando. Harris would actually get in trouble for doing that with someone unapproved, who could later get a spine and try to expose the conspiracy. Everybody lifted up in the US these days needs to be approved by the American Stasi - the US wing of this global thing that has subverted the governments of the West for a sort of consortium of private sector elites out of Europe and the Middle East.
If you do not know about the American Stasi, you have no idea how our government works, because I can guarantee you the Constitution, and the three branches, and the separation of powers, and courts and laws and elections, are not what is running things now. It is the American Stasi, and if you do not know how it works, you have no idea how the US works.
