Joe Biden has put another pro-life American in prison for protesting abortion – this time putting a young mother in federal prison for more than three years for preaching outside an abortion center.
Bevelyn Beatty Williams, a 33-year-old mom of a 2-year-old daughter, received a sentence this week of three years and give months in prison.
Williams was charged with violating the FACE Act, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. Williams faces an additional charge of violating the FACE Act through force, which carries up to 10 years.
For the nearly three decades since FACE was enacted in 1994, it has rarely been used to prosecute life advocates. Yet in 2022 alone, under the Biden/Garland DOJ, there have been at least 22 peaceful pro-life activists indicted under the act — with the first case involving pro-life advocate Mark Houck, whose family was raided after an altercation at a Philadelphia abortion business last year where he accidentally pushed down a man who was verbally accosting his 12-year-old son.
But Williams says the Biden administration unfairly targeted her while ignoring hundreds of pro-abortion crimes.
“I was persecuted as a Christian standing for my beliefs when it comes to life,” read a statement from Williams on her fundraising page. “This is devastating news. Not only is this bond extensive for the accused crime, but she made it very clear in the courtroom that she was going to make an example out of me.”
Today, on July 24th, at the Southern District Court, Judge Rochan sentenced me to 41 months in prison for violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. I was persecuted as a Christian standing for my beliefs when it comes to life. This is devastating news. Not only is this bond extensive for the accused crime, but she made it very clear in the courtroom that she was going to an make example out of me. The concern of being a young mother, and a stay-at-home mother, was completely disregarded.
She told me before sentencing me that | was young and that I would not be defined by y sentence, before making a conscious decision to take me away from my two-year-old daughter for three years. I have 60 days to appeal my case and fight for my freedom and I need as much help as I can get!

The left continues to play hardball, and well…..we don’t. It’s been like this my entire life.
We on the right just continue to wring our hands, worried about “perception”.
Meanwhile we continue to lose ground, on every front.
Next year congress needs to repeal this act. And any others vague enough that they can be twisted by the demo-commies to go after political opponents. You hear that, Johnson, and whomever is the Senate leader next year?
The government is using this law to force people to accept abortion, and to eliminate Christianity.
They keep poking the bear......................
The left often acts like they have nothing to lose, and that recklessness plays in their favor very often - they can go for broke, and if something sticks, better for them.
And maybe those on the left are on the lower rungs of society, or are in protected positions, which either mitigate risk to their livelihoods in the latter case, or represents negligible cost in the former case.
Conservatives have portfolios, families, prospects and their safety to consider. Many of them shrink from the prospect of losing these by “playing safe.”
That needs to change.
Christians need to push back.
Stop blaming Biden alone - he is but a puppet for the hard-left tyrannical deep state that is doing this. And he probably doesn’t even know it.
Blame all of them - AND Biden.
We need more than help we need justice that the tyrants running this country are thrown in jail. No more hearing of this fake oppression of women and gays-—this is where the real oppression is happening.

The problems on our side are coming from human traits like weakness, ignorance, apathy and fear. We’re in a war, yet most people either cannot or will not acknowledge that fact. Even the self-proclaimed Christians seem to be forgetting how God guided the Israelis to fight and defeat the heathens that threatened them. We were not meant to sit idly by wringing our hands and leaving it all up to God to handle, while relying on prayers alone. But many, out of cowardice, have conveniently interpreted it as such. Like Trump says... fight, fight, fight!
I’m am definitely not in control, the Living God and the Son of the Living God are in control.
...as far as rebelling against abortion “law” I’m going to leave that one up to Jesus.
...as far as being renewed in Christ, there are a lot of modern women who would benefit and discover peace.

Free speech not withstanding, how come this law hasn’t been overturned on its face?
It basically felonizes(?) a public disturbance.
