Fuyao plant, nearly 30 other area locations raided in massive Homeland Security investigation

Nearly 30 locations in the southern part of Montgomery County were hit as part of a Homeland Security raid on Friday.

HSI, in collaboration with IRS Criminal Investigation and other law enforcement agencies, executed federal search warrants at Fuyao Glass America and 27 other locations in Dayton, Liberty Township, Miamisburg, Moraine, and West Carrollton on Friday.

Krispy Kreme almost bit the bullet when they sold their land to some holding company and then rented it back from them.

Now I understand lots of companies (e.g. casinos) are selling their land and buildings to entities like Blackrock and Vanguard and then renting it back from them.

Many many years ago I had a short stint as a OTR driver . I would make deliveries to warehouses out in the middle of nowhere in the hills of Pennsylvania . They were filled with windshields from top to bottom . These were deliveries for PPG .
