I completely agree with you. Marriage, if you are marriageable and not everybody is, should be the norm and everything should be done to stay married.

Stating that the Democratic Party was being led by people who did not have a "direct stake" in the future of the country because they didn't have children is a disgusting statement??? While he should have phrased this attack as that of Democrats being led by those who overall deter childbirth, and cause the decline of traditional family culture, and destroy a positive future, what is disgusting is their unBiblical anti-family embrace of abortion, LGBTQAI+++ and overall cultural decline.
Ignoring such in the interest of obtaining power by being less liberal than the Left is what the GOP has been doing for decades, thus helping the Left. The advocacy for rejecting making abortion, LGBTQAI+++ and the decline of the traditional family major issues under the premise that such is not a "winning strategy" is a lamentable echo chamber here among those here who will hear of nothing Biblical. A country at war with God does not warrant saving.

The prospect of Kamala Harris being the next President of the United States should shake people off their talking points and stop embracing the shiboliths they desperately want to be true. I have four kids but I also have a deer family member who is on their third round of in vitro and wants nothing more than to become a mother. Whether he meant to or not, Vance's comments needlessly alienate persuadable women to the detriment of the campaign.
Vance was a bad pick (certainly a anticlimactic one) and there's nothing we can do about it now. The guy was on record calling Trump a Nazi and then had an epiphany that led him to embrace whatever position would endear him to the MAGA movement. None of it looks very authentic....and authenticity is Trump's brand.
But this enthusiasm for Kamala Harris as a candidate is the Democrats engaging in the world's longest fake orgasm. Not even two weeks ago Politico and the Hill were reporting about how she was a huge obstacle in trying to remove Biden because no one wanted her to be his successor The positions she has staked out and her completely phony persona is a gold mine. Stick to the issues. Highlight how deeply weird she is. And tell JD Vance to shut the hell up with the spicy takes and talk in a mature way about important cultural issues
That is correct: if Trump could have gotten the white male working class voters to turn out in 2020 by the same margin they did in 2016, the electoral vote would have been too big to rig
Where I digress with Vance is his statement that the more kids you have, the less taxes you should pay. No, there should be a flat tax on income regardless of the number of kids. Why should single people subsidize folks with multiple kids. If you can’t afford your kid, don’t have them. And his statement that kids should be allowed to vote, but their parents should get their vote is absurd. So a welfare parent with 10 kids gets 10 votes and a responsible single person gets 1? This is ridiculous, and leftist thinking, not conservative.
