It’s mostly true. If you don’t have children, you tend to concern yourself with the future of the country for only as long as you live. If you vote for something that will have devastating consequences, after you die, there is a tendency to not care. If you have children, there is a willingness to want to leave them a country as a legacy. I am childless, but I really care about not selling our children into debt servitude, just so I can have a better life than what I can afford for myself. However, my experience is that I’m atypical about this. My main reason for opposing being childless, and fornication, is because it is part of the demonic perversion of what God has ordained.

I completely agree with you. Marriage, if you are marriageable and not everybody is, should be the norm and everything should be done to stay married.
I’m not marriageable, but I still think in terms of a society that should be doing what it can to have a future.
