Did Wray mean the drone lacked any video capability, or that Crooks didn’t record/save video from it? I presume Crooks could watch a feed from a drone camera in real time without saving it.
You can set most up so you can view without recording. Why would he need to record. Not gonna go home to analyze it later. Just get a lay of the land.
