How about being politically astute and recognize that many women in American go through ivf, have to adopt, etc.
Show some empathy instead of acting like an arrogant jerk.

They are getting attention today via Jennifer Aniston about JDs gross comment about childless women.
It was not about "childless women", it was characterizing a large subset of Democrats who eschewed motherhood early in life in exchange for being activists and professional feminists.
My wife, who married young, and I were unable to have children on our own, and adopted three. We also have two kitties and a small dog who are part of our operation. We took no offense at Sen. Vance's comment.
