It's the elephant in the room they'd prefer to ignore, while they bathe in the token tongue-bath that the Dem/MSM "Black" characterization affords them.

But that elephant exposed it's arrogance and stepped on somebody's toes. They don't like it, and to their credit, rather than scream and shout obscenities, they presented a coherent and well considered argument (although "demanding" - old habits die hard) against what happened.
