No matter how fabulous this may seem on the surface to a conservative observer, I would not trust these people to hold a door open in front of me. Seriously.

By Biden withdrawing from the race can not change the state primaries whether he withdraws or not. All the other candidates they have coming out of the liberal party were available to get votes when the primaries were run.
If a presidential candidate dies, becomes incapacitated or steps down before the party conventions, the party delegates would select their nominee at the convention from among other candidates or new entrants.

But one problem they will have with this is that each state can handle this a different way. In Ohio, for instance, the only other name on the primary besides Biden was Dean Phillips who recieved 12.9% of the vote. Harris was not on there. And that’s how it has to be reported at the convention. Now when the popular vote comes out, it will have to be a write in for anyone other than Biden if he wins anyway. It can be done, but some states cannot just over ride their primaries and bless Harris with a win if she did not run in the state. And what happens if Biden gets enough dlelgats to win on the first roll call? People have elected dead people before, and some that couldn’t hold office if they were in prison, let alone live ons that don’t wish to run.
So the only way to make him absolutely ineligible is envoke amendment 25 or hope the general vote in November doesn’t elect him.
And then the problem is if he is elected and quits, he has not selected a VP to step in, so it goes to the speaker of the house who just happens to be Mike Johnson. Interesing situation as Biden has not resigned as president so Harris position at VP disappears at the end of the term. It’s vacant and everyone steps up twice Speaker to POTUS, and the president pro tempore steps up to VP. Can’t tell your players without a score card.
And how is the money devided up as it was earmarked for Biden? It can’t just be handed over to anyone who was not elected by the primaries as that convention vote ends the oher candidates in that party. Are we having fun yet?

The TRUTH is you need to fight the black leadership which keeps pushing policies which will NOT allow the African-American community to succeed or move up. Strict discipline needs to be implemented immediately in the entire educational process. Students will sit down, be prepared to listen, take notes, learn material and make a passing grade. What is happening now is creating a climate for civil war. I interviewed with a black superintendent for a teaching job and LOST THE JOB because he didn't like me calling the African-American community "black" when THEY THEMSELVES CALL THEM BLACK (you just did in your statement).
That stuff has to stop. You can NOT dictate every word people use, every step they take, change it all arbitrarily and HAVE PEACE. You are fooling yourselves. You folks ARE the enemy UNTIL you change your attitudes. I don't see that happening. I can NOT live like this any more, especially with the Federal Government involved in trying to kill the one candidate who is trying to fix all of it. Bring it.
