Well, that could mean that those States which have already, by law or statute, locked in the Democrat Party presidential party slate may (again, according to the laws of that State) refuse to allow the Democrat Party to change the ballot entry because a lot of those States require either death or serious illness to withdraw a candidate entry. If he’s going to insist that it was not for reasons of health, he may be giving the Republicans a very large legal stick to oppose any changes in the ballots.

I wouldn’t take that too seriously. The courts always fix D problems of this nature.
