Problem is... there are innocent victims trapped in these “blue hives”. People that can’t afford to move or are too old to move and have nobody to help them get out. These cities have become their prisons.
It’s like we, as a nation, are morphing into a SciFi flick like Escape From New York. It really does not seem real. I’ve said it many times... if you had told me this would be happening in America just 15 years ago, I would not have believed you and would probably have called you crazy.

Well black is a color, and Black is a classification. The latter doesn’t ascribe any venerating qualities. Instead of Negroid and Caucasian, the more general classifications of Black and White are used. Some get upset by the use of proper nouns for reasons that I don’t quite understand.

Fear of being homeless is a factor there. The “jumping from the frying pan into the fire” aspect of the unknown. Especially for older people, who... unlike most youth... are not “fearless”. Have some compassion for the elderly, the afraid, the poor who want to leave but their fear of that unknown keeps them trapped in that prison and they don’t know how to escape.
It’s too bad that zillionaires like Elon Musk, that seem to be good people, aren’t organizing charities to help the other good people that want to get out of those hellholes but can’t seem to manage it. Emphasis on “the good people” only. Leftists would set up charities to help the dregs infiltrate decent neighborhoods, instead (done to death already).
