The Dems have always played the long game.
While I have no proof of this.....Back when Obama and Hillary were fighting it out, both happened to be be in the DC area at the same time. They met in Falls Church. (That is a fact). At the same time, that world group was meeting in the area - the one Alex Jones used to harass. Obama even dumped the press, leaving them on the plane to sneak off and meet. After all this, Hillary bows out, and later was given the SOS position.
I honestly believe a deal was made that she could have POTUS in 2016 if she withdraws. This is also why she was so infuriated, nearly violent, with Trump's win. (this is also a fact) She “knew” she should win and it didn't happen.
Trump and is supporters didn't fit any of their models or predictors, they didn't know how to prep for it. So, the next election was set up to guarantee Biden would get in. Why on earth Kamala was really selected back then as VP I have no idea. But the powers in the Dem party must think they can control her now.

Harris is a long time member of the Obama cartel.
They’ve planned for a long time to put her or Michelle Obama in.
Michele Obama apparently didn’t want to, so Harris ran for Senate.
The plan for her to run and win in 2020.
But Harris could get no traction at all and didn’t even make it to the primaries.
So they picked her as Biden’s running mate.
The idea to replace Biden after two years in office.
They almost did, remember that’s when the reports of Biden’s classified documents began.
I think Jill Biden fought against it and they’ve bided their time until now.
