House Committee on Homeland Security Chairman Mark E. Green (R-TN) announced the witnesses for a hearing on Tuesday, July 23, at 10:00 AM ET to examine the facts and circumstances surrounding the attempted assassination of former President Donald J. Trump at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania on July 13. The hearing will feature witness testimony from Colonel Christopher L. Paris, commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police, and Patrick Yoes, national president of the Fraternal Order of Police.
Are we going to have to listen to gun control speeches again or will they actually focus on the task at hand?
Members asking good questions, but not getting many answers.
Watching the hearing with Homeland Security now.
ugh swallwell talking about guns again
Nauseating!
Sounded to me as if he were trying to deflect responsibility from SS to the Trump campaign.
Eight casings retrieved.
Showed view of shooter’s roof from window of LE post.
Paris says Butler Emergency Services were assigned to surveil the building Crook perched and had left it unwatched to join the on foot search for Crooks, who they had lost track of.
Democrats will just do what they usually do.
“THREAT TO DEMOCRACY”
“INSURRECTION”
“THAT’S RACIST”
“AGENDA 2025”
A fish in a barrel - had anyone had been fishing there..
OMG
Yes, I think he went to that in a later question. I don’t know if he was tying the whispers to the campaign - but I could be wrong.
It seems to me that LE had a clear view of Crooks from their command post. They then left the post to search for Crooks and it was left deserted when he returned to commit the shooting!
Majorkis next?
That is the picture Paris is painting. I wonder why no one is asking who instructed Butler ESU to leave and track down crooks, and if one or both had to leave for the task - which is definitely an important one.
Now debating dems bill to remove SS protection from “convicted felons.”
I know.
Perfect example of a person with NO insight...repeating the same mantra over and over again.
Thank you for the ping, and, the link!!
Now debating dems bill to remove SS protection from “convicted felons.”
Just when I think Dems cannot make me any more disgusted.
Maybe Rs will add a caveat ... UNLESS they are legitimately elected Presidents/Former Presidents!!
Ha ha!
