Question please. In one interview President Trump said he kept telling the agents that he wanted to put on his shoes. Why would they remove his shoes? Did I hear that correctly?

Trump himself said that his shoes were knocked off of his feet when the Secret Service agents pushed him to the ground, “...and my shoes were on tight.” he said.

They hit him so hard when they covered him up his shoes fell off. He also said he had a bruise on his arm from them covering him up.

I think Trump has said, the secret service agents tackling him knock his shoes off. I seem to recall him saying his shoes were not loose but they really took him down.

That was weird. Maybe took the shoes off hoping to make it harder for him to refuse to be carried?

Yes, I read that, too. I’ve been puzzled by how his shoes came off.
