They have been giving him Paxlovid. It can be toxic. But his physician said he’s getting over Covid, still has a cough though. My guess is Biden is preparing to head back to the White House; but maybe possibly to Walter Reed.
Hillary called him and said she hoped he wouldn’t have to go on a ventilator. It went downhill from there.

I think he was always at death’s door, health-wise, and a team of specialists and their pharmaceuticals have kept him going until lately. Probably they are no longer having any effect and now they must manage his terminal decline. IMHO.
