As climate change continues to fuel more extreme impacts on communities across the country, we are using every tool in our toolbox to reduce pollution, lower families’ energy costs, advance environmental justice, and make our communities more resilient. Today my Administration is empowering local communities across 30 states to cut pollution and fight the climate crisis – from curbing greenhouse gas emissions in Pennsylvania to flood-proofing infrastructure in North Carolina. Today and every day, I will continue working to protect American families from harmful pollution and build a clean energy future.”
So this state was supposedly issued today. I guess they are going to issue statements in his name while hiding him from the public.

Zero chance this came directly from biden in the first place.
Personally speaking, going forward anytime someone says “joe biden says” I will assume someone else is saying it for him.
In the past, anytime a president is sick or goes in for an endoscopy everybody panics and wonders who is going to be running things and who has the nuclear codes - even if it’s for an hour or two.
Biden is in his sickbed and nobody has seen him for days. Why aren’t the libs wondering now who is running things?
Any legislation Biden enacts should be void,Non compos mentis. MAybe we should be doing a reach back on JB entire term.
