Dave Portnoy: Democrats Want to ‘Hijack’ Democracy by Pushing Out Joe Biden

Dave Portnoy, founder of Barstool Sports, said Democrats pushing Joe Biden out of running for reelection means they want to “hijack” democracy.

As Breitbart News reported Sunday, Joe Biden issued a history-making decision unseen since Democrat Lyndon Baines Johnson refused to seek reelection in 1968.

“It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve as your President,” Biden’s statement read. “And while it has been my intention to seek re-election, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term.”

I have been saying that for a month.

I still have not seen proof that Joe Biden is alive.

One day at a time.

One day at a time.

"Dave Portnoy: Democrats Want to ‘Hijack’ Democracy by Pushing Out Joe Biden"

The MAJOR constitutional problem (imo) with elite bully Democrats allegedly forcing puppet Biden to quit the 2024 race after Democrats got a reality check from Trump / Biden debate is that they have violated Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A) imo, that section a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred.

More specifically, given that Biden was allegedly incapacitated before the primaries began, the zero tolerance "hair trigger" wording of Section 2 makes it a crime to throw out the results of any election for any reason which desperate, goalposts-moving Democrats have now done for their Constitution-ignoring convenience with Biden imo.

Excerpted from 14A:

Consider that the post-Civil War congressional Republicans who drafted that section made it to discourage Southern Democrats (my words) from rigging the ballot boxes that Democrats are now alleged to have done for 2020, 2022 and possibly earlier elections!

"Because slavery (except as punishment for crime) had been abolished by the Thirteenth Amendment, the freed slaves would henceforth be given full weight for purposes of apportionment. This situation was a concern to the Republican leadership of Congress, who worried that it would increase the political power of the former slave states, even as such states continued to deny freed slaves the right to vote." —Apportionment of Representatives

If this were a better world, Congress would be removing elite Democrats from office under Section 3 of 14A for their ongoing acts of insurrection and rebellion against the constitutional republic imo.

"14th Amendment, Section 3: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

H O W E V E R ...

Since post-17th Amendment ratification Congress cannot be trusted to "Section 3" Biden's puppet masters, it is now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to effectively apply that section to corrupt Congress by supporting hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress, new state lawmakers too, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will support him to quickly finish draining the swamp.

Biden’s departure reminds me of an aging professional athlete who announces that he’s stepping away from the game temporarily while recuperating from an injury. The guy then gets packed away on an injured reserve list so he can still get paid for the last 2-3 years of his contract, and is never seen until he resurfaces briefly to announce his retirement — long after most fans thought he already DID retire.
