I was a very senior manager in a large organization. I can assure you that she knew what happened Saturday night. The front line staff knew what went wrong.
In the situation where they are not talking, it’s because the answers are just absurd. I am sure the answers are so absurd, it would endanger the rest of their protectees. And they are trying to figure out how to fix that.
In the corporate world, many heads would be rolling. And the stock would be tanking.
